Good print takes a little planning. Use this guide to allow time for production, finishing and delivery of your project.
Production time is not delivery time.
These are indicative working-day timeframes once your print-ready artwork is approved and your job is accepted into production. Allow additional time for artwork fixes, proof approval and shipping. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

EcoStar Uncoated business card print runs
For 350gsm EcoStar Uncoated 100% recycled business cards, the supplier’s scheduled dispatch days are below. These apply when the approved job reaches the production hub before its 12 noon cut-off. Placing an order on our website is not the same as the job being approved and submitted to production.

Planning your delivery
Dispatch is the day your printing leaves production, not the day it arrives. Delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier. Additional finishing, larger quantities and public holidays can extend the timeframe.
For products without a fixed print run, production is generally completed within 5 working days, subject to stock and the production schedule. Your confirmed job estimate takes precedence over this general guide.
