Do you need ongoing print support, but don’t want to be bogged down by overdue invoices and admin?
We have some solutions for you.
Prepaid Legends Account
This account gives you an ongoing automatic payment option without locking you in to specific order amounts. You have all the flexibility of a non-account holder but your bookkeeping and forecasting becomes much easier.
How does it work?
- Choose any prepaid amount, minimum $500. This is deducted from your credit card monthly.
- This gives you a credit (e.g. $500) to be used as you like. If you don’t use it, it will roll over to the following month.
- Put through orders using our online quoting form, and never worry about invoices again.
If you order printing that goes above your credit, don’t worry! Your account will go into debit and when it’s topped up the following month, it will use the new credit to balance out. After 2 months, if your account is still in debit we will charge the balance to your nominated card along with your next payment.
You can spend your credit on whatever you like, whether it’s design work, printing, or artwork fixing fees.
We’ll review your application and then once approved, we’ll send you our terms of trade for sign-off. This will include a secure credit card form. We’ll also provide you with login information for our customer portal where you can track your account and orders.
