Custom Calendar Printing Australia

Landscape wire-bound wall calendar with hanger, showing an Ethical Print Co. 2027 calendar cover

Sustainable and affordable calendar printing

At Ethical Print Co., we print custom wall and desk calendars for ethical and purpose-driven companies and organisations within Australia.

A printed calendar stays on a desk or wall for twelve months, so it’s one of the few marketing pieces people genuinely keep. Our recycled uncoated or silk finish keeps your brand in view all year – and shows your commitment to sustainability every time someone turns the page.

Choose from wire-bound or saddle-stitched wall calendars, wiro-bound desk calendars, desk tent calendars and DL fridge calendars. Calendars make great client gifts, supporter thank-you gifts and fundraising products.

Calendar printing FAQs

We recommend sending artwork by early November so calendars arrive before the end-of-year break. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for printing and delivery once your artwork is approved.

We print digitally for short runs, which avoids printing extras that end up in landfill. We recommend a minimum of 50 calendars, anything less and it will cost you the same amount anyway in setup fees. Larger runs are printed offset with low-energy LED UV drying.

Yes. Export it as a Press PDF with trim marks and 3mm bleed, as single pages in order with the cover first. See our artwork guide for details.

The twin-loop wire is metal, so remove it before putting the pages in paper recycling, and check your local council for small metal items. The desk calendar base is 350gsm board and goes in paper recycling. We don’t laminate calendar covers, which keeps every page recyclable.

Yes. EcoStar silk is a bright white coated stock designed to reproduce colour and detail just as well as virgin-fibre papers. Uncoated gives a softer, more natural look that suits illustration and text-heavy designs.

Yes, free to any Australian address except P.O. boxes. Extra delivery locations are $15 each.
